Places and programs to get your cat or dog neutered at a discount. Low cost spay/neuter surgeries for stray or feral cats /$20 discount on Domestic Cat Surgeries. These programs are open to all residents of Santa Clara County. Surgeries are available from the following clinics. Please note that additional fees may be charged if the cat is in heat or pregnant. When deciding which clinic to use, ask about their requirements and any possible extra fees. Please call ahead for an appointment and bring your cat in a carrier. Not all participating clinics accept feral or wild cats brought in traps. Please notify the clinic and make arrangements in advance to bring in feral or wild cats in traps.

Note: Feral Cat Program
We accept feral cats for surgery on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday on a walk-in basis. We are not taking any appointments for feral cats. The cats must be brought in on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday between 8:00am and 8:30am. Only truly feral (wild) cats qualify and they must weigh over 4 pounds. A feral is a cat that cannot be touched by humans. All other cats including friendly strays must make a surgery appointment. All feral cats must be in  cat traps. All ferals must be brought in with the trap completely covered by a towel to reduce the animals stress.

You can purchase a Feral Cat Program Package for $25 which includes spay/neuter (no additional pregnancy fee), Rabies, FVRCP, flea treatment, and earmite treatment (if needed.) All feral cats will be ear-tipped. Special rate only available to residents of the incorporated cities of San José, Cupertino, Los Gatos, Milpitas or Saratoga.
